"Delivery could have been smoother"
The box arrived later than expected, which was a bit frustrating. I was also hoping for clearer delivery instructions or updates along the way. Thankfully, the shoes themselves were fine once they got here.

My order from noirfonce.eu arrived in great shape. The box felt sturdy, and the shoes were wrapped up nicely. No dents. Nothing weird or damaged. You could tell they actually put some care into the packing. Simple, but done right. I’m happy with it...

It said the item was in stock, and sure enough, it really was when I went to buy it. Kind of refreshing since that’s not always the case online. Has anyone else had issues with stock info being wrong, or was it accurate for you too?

"At least the fees were clear"
I’m tired of every order having some extra fee or another, but I’ll give them credit here: the customs fees were shown before I checked out. Still annoying to have to pay them, obviously, but at least I wasn’t surprised when the delivery showed up.

"Tracking was literally easy to follow"
I ordered a pair of shoes and got the tracking link quickly. It updated often enough that I could literally see where the parcel was along the way. Delivery took a little longer than I hoped, but nothing too crazy. Overall it was a good experience, just not perfect.

I ended up finding a bunch of pairs I haven’t seen in other shops, which was a nice surprise. I was only planning to have a quick look, then somehow got distracted by all the color options. Checking sizes and colors was really straightforward too, which makes a big difference. Definitely planning to come back.

"Pretty smooth order updates"
I ordered from noirfonce.eu the communication was good. I got the confirmation quickly, and then the shipping info came through once it was sent out... so I wasn’t left wondering what was going on. Maybe they could add a bit more detail around the exact delivery timing, but overall, it was clear enough and I didn’t have to chase anyone. Good experience.

The staff seemed professional enough, but compared to other places I’ve dealt with, the replies felt a little short at times. I did get my question answered in the end, so it wasn’t a bad experience, just not as friendly or clear as I was hoping for.

I checked the stock before ordering and it was mostly accurate, so I was able to get what I needed. One item showed low stock but still went through without any issue. That said, I was a bit disappointed that the update email came later than I expected. It worked out in the end, but the whole process could’ve been a little smoother.

I had to send back a pair because the fit just wasn’t right for me. I usually hate dealing with returns and part of me still thinks it’s a hassle, but this one was actually easy. The instructions were clear enough, and the refund came through quicker than I expected, just a few days after they received the parcel. So yeah, not the most exciting experience, but no real stress either. I’d probably order from noirfonce.eu again.
